Sam Benevento is an excellent Attorney! It's unfortunate that I had to claim bankruptcy, but because of the economy, I had to do it. He educated me on everything I needed to do to claim bankruptcy. Answered all my questions, and showed me how to do all the classes necessary and explained everything that would happen at the actual court hearing. Once the court date was set ... I received a letter with the date, and directions; where to park, etc. I would recommend Sam Banevento to anyone.

Sam helped us get through it. I initially consulted with another lawyer who made it seem like a Chapter 7 bankruptcy was my only option, but Sam correctly pointed out that a Chapter 13 was a better choice for me, because it would leave my residual income payments protected.
