For anyone anticipating bankruptcy, I can’t say enough to recommend attorney Sam Benevento to get you through it. Bankruptcy is perhaps the most difficult decisions anyone might have to make to resolve a financial burden. Bankruptcy can also be a difficult psychological and social stigma that is extremely difficult to work through. Mr. Benevento filed my bankruptsy. I am a veteran and just turned 88 years old. I was drowning in debt and was unable to get out. It was a terrible situation. Sam Benevento is a wonderful attorney and made a very stressful situation, easy to deal with. I needed to declare bankruptcy, and my accounts were frozen, I could not pay my rent or my bills. Sam was able to get me access to my money in a timely manner, answered my questions, calmed my fears and handled everything for my case very professionally. He and his office also stayed in touch with me and made sure I had everything I needed to go to court, and he handled everything there smoothly as well.
