A very professional approach and action to fulfill our personal requirements

My husband and I decided to update our 12 year old trust. We initally had a call with Noelle, and were instantly very comfortable with her approach. Noelle was great to work with, very patient, was willing to work through all of our questions and concerns. She was great at listening to us and want we wanted and then had great suggestions to help us create the Trust that we wanted. Noelle never made us feel uncomfortable, no matter what we discussed with her and was always very understanding and very helpful in finding the right answer or a solution that we both were happy with. I have been calling different attorneys which offer free consultations on this site. My experience has been that most will screen your calls and just have their secretaries tell you that they don't offer those service even though said services are listed on their profile. Anyways, I get a call back from Samantha Smith which started off telling me that she doesn't handle my type of case (commercial), but she listened anyways. She gave me some advise and went as far as to emailing me a referral. She went the extra mile and gave the referral the background on my case to make sure that they were a good fit.
