James Madden went above and beyond my expectations. He called to check in before my court date and after to make sure I didn't have any questions and to make sure I clearly understood what happened. He was always available for me to speak with over the phone and in person when I wanted. He fought hard for me in court and kept me updated on everything. I have been working with James Madden for over a year. My case is complicated and my X mis-states facts in both mediation and court, which adds a lot of stress. But Jim assured me that the truth would prevail. He took the time to fully read and understand my financial history (for the child support hearing) as well as my history with my ex-husband, which includes a stay away order (for the visitation hearing).
