He is very knowledgeable and will tell you what is right for you and what you need. Filing bankruptcy for me is very embarrassing but they won't let you feel the shame, they will calm you and make you feel at ease. Tim prepared an amendment for my divorce within one day. We scanned materials back and forth in the morning and within 4 hours the amendment was completed to be signed by myself and my ex. My ex was out of town and Tim assured me there would be no problem. By the end of the day everything was signed and scanned to Tim. On the following Friday the amendment was filed downtown. The amendment was signed by the judge within 30 days! Incredible service and knowledge! It was easy with email-scanning etc! I also appreciate all the blogs-podcasts etc. that helps us all! Tim is awesome. I came to an agreement with my ex regarding support but was unsure on how to handle the withholding order separate from the written agreement. I frantically searched for answers on the Internet and thankfully found Tim. Thinking I wouldn't get a response, I emailed Tim the withholding order question about my case and he emailed back an answer less than 10 hours later that completely solved my issue. Divorce is intimidating but Tim made it all so easy! Worst customer service ever!!!!Still waiting for process to be finished!!! 6 months and still not done!! Asked to meet with him,never happened!! Never in the office and never there(at work) to take or return my calls!!!My ex wife and I did all the work, and he made all the money!!! All a bunch of BS!!!
