Professional and thorough. Mr. Fontana recently represented me as my defense attorney in court on a complicated case. Throughout the entire process he was attentive, ingenious, and thoughtful. Tim is amazing. I use him for an ongoing child support case. Tim has saved me so much money. Tim does the paperwork and I represent myself in court. From my time in front of the judge it is the paperwork that counts. The court could care less what you have to say, the court does not have the time to hear it. Tim's work for me has always been perfect and he makes the court process time efficient, cost effective, and easy. I no longer have that sick feeling in my stomach when I would have to call the lawyer and know it was going to be a grueling process just to get to court. My family used Brett Markson (and Tim was invovled as well) in an auto accident inury claim. Two of our family were injured in the accident through no fault of their own, and both injuries, though thankfully not extreme, were life altering nonetheless.
