The saying is “If it's too good to be true, then it probably isn’t true”, David Piotrowski is the exception to that. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised that on the same day that I called David, he sent me all the forms needed for him to understand and act on my case. We are all such busy people and when the tenant stopped paying it was just another task. While I knew I was not experienced in these matters I chose the Do-it-yourself method. Turned out to be very costly, one mistake and you start all over again. The rent-o-meter was clicking faster than a crooked taxi. I chose to find a professional. David is the man, communicated every step of the way. California does not favor the landlord so we need all the help we can get. From the posting of the notices to the tenant lockout, his professional experience made the process go as quickly as possible. This by no means is an inexpensive undertaking but when it is finished you will thank yourself for doing it right.

This would be my third review of David Piotrowski, first Yelp, then Google and not here. I write these because I don't want people to make the mistakes I made. When the tenant stops paying things get expensive. The Do-it-yourself method does not work well and time is not in your favor. Get the right person and pay the money, it works out better in the long run. David communicated every step of the way. Every detail and this was reassuring that things are moving and there is an end to what felt like a death spiral. Long story short, he got the job done, exactly in the timeframe he predicted and without any surprises. Use his service, you will sleep better and when it is over, like child birth (I hear) you can forget all about that bad tenant and move on. Thank you again David.

I was arrested and charged with a DUI. Mr. Chesley gave me legal advice and I retained him on a payment plan agreement. I had already been denied multiple high paying jobs due to my background check and had only been to my arraignment. Mr. Chesley ensured that I retained my drivers license by getting me a deal for reckless driving, I had to pay a small court fee and if no other instances occurred during the probationary period then the court would maintain the charge as only a reckless driving traffic infraction. This was the best option for me, and I am working with Mr. Chesley to expunge my record.

Our son was arrested last year in Los Angeles County and charged with 7 charges including attempting to elude police, possession of alcohol by a minor, DUI, DUI under 21 years old, speeding, driving in violation of license restrictions, and open container in the car while running from the police. The case took a long time to resolve but finally our son was offered a plea to obstructing arrest and reckless driving and received 12 months probation and no jail time. Even the judge commented to us that this was some of the best lawyering he had seen in years. Our gratitude to Mr. Chesley is immeasurable as this horrible chapter in our life is now closed.
