My husband and I have been thinking about getting a trust for a few years now (even more so after having kids). I had contacted a few law firms to gather information and pricing information, and quite honestly the to-do list to prepare for a meeting with various firms was a little overwhelming. Edward O'Hare first reached out to me in the month of November. We conversed about our time in the U.S Military. Edward showed great pride in his service and spoke about how he wanted to help out fellow veterans in the SCV. I am a Marine Corps Veteran. Simply the best. That's how I describe Edward O'Hare to anyone who asks me about planning their estate. My husband and I sought out O'Hare Law Offices services a few years ago when we decided it was time to have our living trust put together an were fortunate enough to work with Edward personally. Randall and I went to law school together in the mid-90's. I thought he was a very nice guy, but we unfortunately lost contact. Little did I know that 20 years later, after researching potential attorneys and checking out his reviews, reputation and credentials, I'd select him as the estate planning attorney for my parents! He did a great job on what turned out to be a complicated estate plan (the family is still growing, and one of the grandchildren is special needs, which raised a lot of back-and-forth over the need for/terms of a Special Needs Trust). He was very detail-oriented and professional - he put a ton of time in to get everything right, considering every possibility, notwithstanding that he was drafting all the documents at a flat rate. My brother and I were very particular about numerous terms of the documents, and Randall was always very patient and helpful throughout numerous (and I mean numerous) e-mails and telephone conferences. And, my parents really liked him and felt comfortable with him, which I think is very important when anyone is drafting an estate plan. I will be contacting him soon to set up my OWN estate plan - I don't think I can give a better recommendation than that.

Extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Edward is very easy to talk with and he does an excellent job of explaining information and clarifying all of the legal speak that is in an Estate Plan. We completed our estate plan with Edward in August 2017 and we rate Edward and his firm 5 star and worthy of the many referrals we will make to our family and friends.

After searching for almost 10 years, I finally found an attorney that I felt comfortable talking to. Ed O'Hare is a great listener and put all my fears and concerns at rest. When I met with him to talk about doing my estate, I felt I was at a therapist's office--his voice was extremely calming and put me at ease. He was very professional and asked questions that I had never thought about. But, I got my estate done, and I feel a ton has been lifted off my shoulders. I never asked what his fees were because I felt so comfortable talking to him, but, when he told me, I almost fell off the chair!! He charges less than half of what the other attorneys do--I am debating with myself if I need to tell him! He has my wholehearted recommendation to those that are trying to find the right attorney!!
