In 2012, my husband passed away with no estate planning. I quickly realized I was in a lot of trouble because of my husbands ex-wife, their child from a prior relationship, and a pre-nuptial agreement that I had signed with my late husband. I subsequently hired Mr. Kaiden to help me. He was referred to me by a friend. My case was incredibly complicated and complex. Mr. Kaiden had so many issues to deal with, in my case. He handled each and every issue with poise, thoroughness, grace and intelligence. In reality, there were times when I didn't understand anything going on in my case, but he was very patient and took the time and effort to explain every aspect and detail to me. Sometimes I would call him once a day, and without fail he would call me back on the same day. I have dealt with attorneys in the past, and usually attorneys don't get back to you within the same day. But Mr. Kaiden always made sure he touched base with me when I left a message. He would even call me back just to tell me that he didn't have time to discuss my case right now, but he would call me back later when he had more time. Later usually meant the same day. It was impressive actually. I can't fully express how intelligent, detailed, and professional he was at all times. He was always honest about my prospects of winning. I knew that we might lose but somehow he always made me feel confident that we would win. In the end, Mr. Kaiden surpassed my expectations. He won my case and I received much more than I expected. After that I hired him to do my estate planning. Again, I was pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable he was and how easy he made the process.
