Great lawyer very professional

Mr. Kellener was willing to share his time and expertise with my by answering questions in detail, with a few responses. We're all aware of the cost of legal advice, and Mr. Kellener was kind enough to share some of his time with me without expectation. It speaks to his humanity and is truly appreciated.

My son had an issue with a Landlord who kept harassing him and wouldn't fix anything in a substandard apartment. After receiving a barrage of 3 day notices we were referred to Joseph Kellener and David Greene at Dignity Law Group. These guys are no nonsense and easy to work with even though it was a long drawn out process (covid didn't help). Whenever we had landlord issues along the way they were there to reassure us and always responded promptly. Last but not least they got us a good settlement. Highly recommended for Tenant Landlord disputes.

Joseph helped me get what I deserved after my landlord, a massive corporation office working in different states, ignored my rights and made me suffer for several months. I was dealing with cockroaches for about 5 months, reported to the building management many times and got no luck! Every time the manager would bring in treatment staff and fug the whole unit, which would cause more issues with breathing, skin rashes, irritation, and so on. I paid the full rent, had to leave the unit and live with my fiance, and the management only cared about the money!!! This was all during COVID and the landlord added more stress and pain to what I was already dealing with during pandemic. Thank to Joseph, I was able to use all documentations and pictures I had in hand and give the landlord a lesson to care about their tenants, treat them as humans, and be accountable for their poor services. I work with an attorney. I know a lot of attorneys, some good and some bad. Joe is one of the good ones. When our landlord tried to pull some shady business, I reached out to Joe for help.
