Daniel A Higson "Ethical Principals" is what Daniel A. Hickson represents 5.0 stars Posted by Dorine March 3, 2016 Hired attorney Mr. Hickson was hired by my now deceased father primarily for Estate Planning. My father was a paraplegic with severe health conditions. Mr. Hickson, and his Paraprofessional never batted an eye at traveling to my fathers home to conduct business. Mr. Hickson always treated my father with the utmost professional and personal respect. My father relied on Mr. Hicksons competent legal representation. Without fail Mr. Hickson never appeared to be hurried for time, always clarifying information and, or questions my father had. If he didnt have the immediate answer to a question, he found the answer soon after. If there was an extra mile to go Mr. Hickson buckled up the boots, and traveled the journey. The unconditional moral support given to my father is only a diminutive example of Mr. Hicksons personal, and professional attributes. Dan Higson helped us with a bankruptcy and then, a few years later, forming a new corporation. In both cases he and his firm handled all aspects of the situation and guided us through it all. I have used Dan several times through out the years. He is an atty you would want on your side. He will fight for you. Dan is awesome and knows what he is doing. You've heard the old saying, "The cobbler's children don't wear shoes." That has never been the case in our family. I had Dan Higson, help me out in a bankruptcy case while I was getting a divorce. I needed someone who was there for me during the low time in my life. Dan Higson made the bankruptcy go so smoothly and I did not have to be concern on his practice of law. When he told me what was going to happen and how things were going to be handled by him. It was all true! Dan Higson cares about his clients well being. You will not find that from most lawyers. I will be going back to him for other issues that he handles besides bankruptcy, ie., trust for me and my kids, and he also can help me with my business I will be starting up. Needing to have him do some documents for a LLC. Dan Higson is someone I would refer his name out to and I have been asked several times from people. Call him up and get a consultation.
