When I first went to see Mr. Higson at his law office, I actually met with his wife Deanna. My life was literally falling apart around me. I had just found out my husband was cheating on me, so I kicked him out. We had massive credit card debt, all of it in my name, and he was the major bread-winner. I can't think of another situation that I needed financial counseling more than I did at that time. Things looked pretty bad. I feel like Deanna and Dan took me under their wing. I feel they gave me the BEST advice for MY situation, and patiently walked me through what needed to happen. They were there for me whenever I had questions or concerns. I felt like I was important, not just another client. My bankruptcy was filed and discharged. Things are much better now. Im much smarter now, about A LOT of things. Im so happy they helped me get through it.

Dan Higson is my father in law and of coarse I think he is a great attorney. More than that, the friends that I have referred to him are very pleased with the services her provided. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and co-workers.

Shortly after a divorce in 2007 Mr. Higson handled my case with impeccable professionalism. Life's circumstances were unsettling and it was helpful that he was so knowledgeable about his specialty, bankruptcy. I was young and understood very little about the process that I was embarking on and he took time with me to go over my paperwork and explained in detail what to expect in court. I appreciated his attention to my case, as I am sure it was not his only and certainly not his "biggest" or most significant at the time.
