Horrible lawyer. Save your money, go with the public defender. This guy doesn't return calls, doesn't communicate. He is terrible.

Mr garcia was an excellent attorney helped out my boyfriend with his legal problems helped get his felonies dropped to misdemeanors.

Danielle was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the law, system, and court personnel. She made herself readily available for any questions, no matter how small, and fought hard for fair treatment of my case. From the very beginning, she was so compassionate which helped calm my nerves. She reassured me that I was in the right place and that she would take care of my case. She clearly explained the process and kept me up to date. She ended up getting a complete dismissal on my case! Best possible outcome! I can’t thank her enough, she is the absolute best. I would highly recommend Danielle.

David Lehr Law did a great job with a case I was involved in, they are very thorough and go up against the powers that be in our justice system and hold them to task, they work for you and keep you abreast of whats happening with your case. Simply stated they care about the individual who's been charged with a crime and treat them with respect and dignity. Honestly such a great and easy experience. I had just had another lawyer take $2k in cash from me and was feeling so defeated, but this law office treated me with so much kindness and respect at my most vulnerable. And I was expecting court fines and maybe even jail days for a probation violation but Mr. Garcia left the court appearance with me not paying any additional fines… and no additional punishment! And my case is now completely cleared from the docket and my probation was ended. Essentially my case is over. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Can not recommend this law firm enough.

Danielle Tamir at Ridley defense did an incredible job with our case, I initially called and spoke with Andrea Keith and she listened to the situation and immediately broke down their approach and the chances of getting the case dropped. She said if we proceed that Danielle would be handling the case, the stress and anxiety immediately went away after that conversation. Their expertise and confidence was evident from the first phone call. We set up the agreement and they got to work, less then a month later we were told that the case was dropped.
