If you want to end up broke, go ahead and seek representation from this law firm. They pulled a horrible number on me and are now coming after a house that my 90 yr. Mother owns. They are charging me over $14,000 for a " Will" & restraining order " I" filled and had served. Judge in the case decided it was just a family dispute. So after Law firm kept their $4,200,00 attorney fee for a WILL & a" already filed" simple restraining order, he is coming after said property, I had him draw up a "WILL" for his own interest. They knew I had limited funds when I seeked his help and is taking advantage. So my WILL was made for them...THEY POST THEIR OWN COMMENTS.. Competent, responsive, professional

This "person" Baskin is a nightmare. Any choice other than this firm is the best choice. Our mother chose Baskin as a part of her estate planning before her death. This firm was nothing but a nightmare and VERY unprofessional. He would constantly call and email us only to charge us exhorbabnant fees for every correspondence. We lost in excess of $2,000 in these charges alone dealing with him. He is so rude and disrespectful that we just took the monetary loss and went with another attorney here in Ventura. This "human" is a disgrace as he is dealing with those filled with grief and vulnerability. STAY AWAY!
