I was referred to Robert M. Baskin by another well known Trust and Business attorney to help with my parents trust administration once they had passed away. I could not have been referred to a more knowledgeable and competent attorney. First, the office staff- kind, considerate, compassionate, efficient and most friendly. Robert M.Baskin- brilliant, effective, comprehensive, experienced, accomplished, respected, strategic, devoted, punctual, and courteous. He knows the law inside and out. NOTHING slips through the cracks in his office nor in his work. Every stone is overturned to reach a fair and equitable solution to very complicated and perplexing issues. He is an incredible person, attorney, litigator and well respected by his peers and the probate court. I highly recommend Robert M. Baskin for any and all of your trust needs.

Did a great job for me at a fair price. Auto rental agency would not pay for damage done to my car by them. After six weeks of trying to get them to pay the damage with NO luck Mr Fortunati had a repair check in my hands in one week. I feel that if I didnot have this lawyer to help me I would not of got paid.
