Mr. Hancock was referred to me by close friends who had a very positive and successful experience with their claim. I had not sought guidance from an attorney before and I was wary. Mark Hancock is extremely open and honest, he quickly made me feel comfortable and he is easy to trust given his excellent communication. He spent extensive time with me in the phone making sure I understood everything happening and keeping me informed and up to date. He prepared very thorough documents for the insurance companies, contacting and recovering records from ALL my doctors and creating extremely well versed documents for the insurance companies, to help make not only an injury claim recovering the limits of the other driver's policy but also helped make a UIM claim through my own insurance company since my injuries were outside the other motorist's limits.
