Over the past two decades, I have worked with Robert Baskin and two of the firm's other attorneys, Arthur Liberty and Christopher Fortunati, to handle a number of legal matters for me and my children, including estate planning and probate, two successful EEO retaliation lawsuits against the Federal government and a successful lawsuit against the executor of a relative's estate. I went to see the estate planning attorney Mr. Baskin. His staff was very nice and friendly. He helped me through the estate planning process and he always answered my emails/phone calls in a timely manner. After that experience he also helped me in a long battle (3+ years) to uphold a handwritten will that was given to me by a close friend. Mr. Baskin provides the best estate plans in the state! My husband and I hired the Law Office of Robert M. Baskin to prepare our estate plan and Mr. Baskin far exceeded our expectations. We had an existing estate plan that we needed to update. Mr. Baskin prepared a Certification of Trust, a Trust, Wills, Durable Power of Attorney and a Health Care Directive for both my husband and me that was so much better than the existing one we had. He also prepared a grant deed to put our property in the name of our trust and even took care of recording it for us. At our first appointment, he spent the time we needed to explain everything to us. He was patient with all of the questions we had and never made us feel rushed. When we had changes we wanted to make after our appointment, he was so accomodating and told us it was fine because he wanted our estate plan to be perfect for us. He had our entire estate plan completed in one week and we didn't even ask him to rush. His assistant was so very helpful and sweet. His office manager notarized our documents for us and she was so delightful and professional. Everyone at his office made us feel like they were there to help us.
