My now husband used him for a divorce case. Should’ve know to walk away when he didn’t even shake our hands at initial meeting. Only hired him because of these reviews. I too am shocked at them. He lagged on replying his paralegal or assistant was clueless. I remember one day she didn’t even know we had court thank goodness I called to ask about it. Didn’t do anything he said he would do. Literally dragged out the case a year. Drained all the money we paid. Such a waste. I wouldn’t use this attorney again if he was free or the last one on earth. You’re better off representing yourself.

Curt will fight for your rights. He has lots of experience with family and civil rights.

I am an Oregon attorney that worked with Mr. Daugherty on a divorce matter that involved filings in both Oregon and California. In working with him, it is clear that Mr. Daugherty is extremely intelligent, prompt in responding to questions/concerns, and strongly advocates for his clients. I was highly dissatisfied with Curtis and I don’t understand how he is getting such great reviews!?!? It’s mind Boggling!?!? He told me that I would lose my children to their father. When the father was lying and using a counselor on his behalf. To try and take the children away from me completely (based all on lies). Things were not adding up and another attorney that I hired, recognized it. Don’t waist your money on this attorney. Definitely do your research.
