Bagged a DUI in 2017. Peter got it to a wet wreckless. Blew it off do to "life issues". Called him, he recalled my warrents and explained exactly what to do. All good. He's like talking to a friend, not in attorney. 10 stars. Thank you Mr. Liss.

My son was involved in a bad car accident and we needed an attorney fast. I was referred to Peter through one of his colleagues. I can't put into words how thankful I am that he was the attorney we were depending on. Not only did he thoroughly explain each tiny detail, but he walked us through every potential outcome and was always quick to respond to any and all questions. Peter Liss is an excellent Attorney! I was looking at multiple felony charges and Peter managed to get everything knocked down to a misdemeanor. I couldn't be happier. Peter always returned my calls and emails quickly. I spent time in rehab during my case and Peter did a wonderful job handling everything needed for my case while I was away. Peter went out of his way for me and he help me get through this tough time. I've change my life and learned my lesson and Peter was an important part of it. Even during the pandemic when it was hard to get things done he was able to get the DA to agree to drop my case. Had never been in trouble with the law before and he put my mind at ease. I recommend him for any issue you are having!

I had domestic violence misdemeanor on my record and due to this I was unable to pass background check for new job opportunities. After of almost one year of unemployment I finally got a new job opportunity and received an offer from the company with the pre-condition of passing the background check. However, once the company performed the background check this misdemeanor showed on my record and the offer was rescinded and given a week to clear my record or the offer will be completely revoked. I called Mr. Liss office and within a few minutes Mr. Liss called me and said he will try his best to get the record expunged. I was skeptical but hired Mr. Liss. He did what he had promised and expunged my record within a couple of days, and he followed with the court so that my file was updated a few days later. My misdemeanor was expunged, and my record cleared within a week and I was hired by the company and will start in two weeks. Throughout the process he kept me updated and informed of the status. Mr. Liss and his executive are very professional and extremely helpful, and I would highly recommend Mr. Liss.
