Very trustworthy and competent.

Nathan Pastor has always been professional, helpful, and very responsive. He did my original will and he just did an update for me. I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Pastor and his team took great care in taking care of my mothers, probate estate and conservatorship matters. It was a long journey, but he was very professional, thorough all along the way, and I’m very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Nathan.

I do not recommend Nathan Pastor. He did not show up in court & had an associate appear who could not answer one question in my behalf. He also told me another case filed by a disgruntled sibling was dismissed and it was not! Completely ruined my chance to defend myself! The judge just said " to bad", you got bad advise.

I have had many issues after loved ones have passed , unfortunately I have found myself needing representation several times now , I am so grateful to find Matt Talbot and his law firm ! I do not think anyone knows this type of law better than Matt !! He is brilliant , honest , hardworking and confident!!! He is my first choice !

This review should have been done years ago, as my mom passed away in 2016. Although a trust was in place that should have allowed a smooth and equitable distribution of a relatively small estate, family issues prevented that. I am so thankful for Matthew. I could never have gotten through my extreme grief, amplified by unfortunate sibling circumstances, without Matthew Talbot's professional expertise and personal empathy. I will never forget you, Mr. Talbot. I cannot recommend Matthew Talbot highly enough for any trust or estate needs including litigation, if it comes to that. There is no one else who could have done the exemplary job he did that brought the financial and emotional closure I am forever grateful for. Thank you, again, Matthew.

I hired David Pearson at Brother's Smith LLP to help me navigate a contract negotiation I had with a large company. While working with that large company turned out to not be a lot of fun(surprise, surprise), David was able to secure terms for my company and I that were way more favorable than when we first started out. David was thorough and took the time to explain the process. Overall, you really felt like he was in your corner trying to protect you and it was a great feeling to have. Nathan Pastor was very helpful in a helping me with a power of attorney for my daughter so she can manage my affairs if I were to become incapacitated. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend this law firm highly for matters pertaining to the elderly.
