David was easy to work with and handled all of our questions when setting up our will and trust. We loved how professional he is and also down to earth at the same time. David Arietta was extremely difficult to get ahold of while I was paying him a lot of money to deal with my bankruptcy case. His lack of attention to detail regarding my case cost me over $1,000 after my case was closed. I asked the IRS why I wasn't informed of additional penalties that were accumulating over the course of my payment plan and they informed me that my attorney was responsible for providing me with this information! Because he wasn't thorough with my case and decided not to have a sit down meeting with the IRS representative to go over the details of my case, the $130 penalty that could've been taken care of at the beginning of this process ballooned to almost $1,100. David Arietta refused to take responsibility and fed me untrue information as to why the IRS was coming after me for more additional information. I would NOT recommend him for any type of assistance in this area!!

From the moment I emailed Konstantine about Conservatorship issues, his response back was immediate, and I felt a ton of bricks lifted off my shoulders, by the confidence, intelligence, and kindness he portrayed in taking my case. When I was having trouble getting the trustee of a trust where I was one of the beneficiaries to settle the trust or take care of the assets I hired Mr. Demiris. He was able to get the trustee removed and now we are able to move on with getting everything settled. During the whole process he provided me with a sense of relief knowing that someone who was very competent was there to help me through a very difficult situation. I would strongly recommend him for legal help in this field.
