I set up my Family's Living Trust through David and his team. David and his team were very responsive and well organized. The process was very easy for my wife and I. We didn't have much background on setting it up and we met with David in person in his office to finalize everything and he was patient and thorough answering all of our questions. Would highly recommend David and his team!

Konstantine and his team are absolutely THE BEST! Not only was he available with short notice for trial ( less than a week) at the time of trial he was fully knowledgeable of my case and WE WON!! I can't say enough about his sensitivity regarding my probate matter going against family is tough enough but his knowledge of the law WAS AWESOME! THIS guy is a beast in the courtroom. David was thorough and professional; he clearly has deep expertise in will and estate planning. David is a very professional in his trade and was helpful with our Trust amendment and restatement of the Trust to incorporate the bypass trust provisions. David answered all our questions and concerns. We had gone through changes over the years from the original creation of the Trust documents and David did everything we expected and in a very timely manner.

Attorney Arietta handled my bankruptcy like the pro he is. I hope you never have to file for bankruptcy, but if like me, you do, I give Attorney Arietta my highest recommendation. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and offered great value for the all inclusive price. He helped me for free with issues long after the bankruptcy had closed (stubborn creditors for ambulance transport to the hospital for example). He has great and helpful office support staff as well.
