This firm just won a critical third-party conservatorship case for my mother, which will put an end to all the family’s elder abuse inflicted upon my 84-year old mother for at least the past four years. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and stepped us through everything. After we completed a few preparation forms, he set up our family trust, and drafted our wills, durable power of attorney, and medical directives. He made this process pain-free and simple to understand. We had a great experience with David setting up our estate plan, family trust, will, power of attorney. For preparation he sent us a couple of forms and questionnaires. Then we met and he explained the process to us, and we got all our questions out of the way. Back home we made our choices and he prepared the final paper work. He responded to additional questions via email very promptly. Then we had a final meeting to sign the docs. David had also helpful recommendations which accounts to move into the trust and which not. After all was done I had an issue moving an investment account into the trust. I reached out to David and had gave good advice promptly which helped me resolve the issue.
