Konstantine Demiris has been my litigator for a family trust dispute. It was one of the most auspicious days of my life when he agreed to defend me. The dispute involved contentious family members, an aging mother who died before the dispute was resolved, and a plethora of complicated conservator and trust issues. Kosta is well-educated; he attended the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Santa Clara Law School. He is a consummate professional and has in depth knowledge of probate law and the workings of the courtroom. Kosta is always prepared to do research in the event of mind boggling issues for their legal resolutions. Kosta is personable and compassionate. He kept me informed of my ongoing case events without adding to my anxiety. We exchanged emails frequently and had phone conferences as needed. He has a wonderful sense of humor and that helped me survive this ordeal. The litigation involved an entanglement of assorted attorneys and petitions which Kosta unraveled with acumen. I contacted Ms. Kelly to assist with a dispute with a prior landlord. When I moved out of the landlord's property, the proposed refund of my deposit did not match or even come close to what I was told during my move-out inspection. Ms. Kelly was able to quickly get through the details of my issue, and drafted a letter to the landlord citing appropriate state law and tenant's rights. She also gave me a meticulous overview of the process of gathering adequate evidence through potentially taking the landlord to small claims court to recoup my losses. Luckily, that wasn't the case and the landlord relented, though I am confident that had the need to go to court arisen Ms. Kelly's assistance would have proven indispensable. If the situation arises again where an attorney is needed, I would have zero hesitation in contacting Ms. Kelly again.
