Alyona did a fantastic job! She was responsive. Diligent and organized. She addressed complicated issues with my citizenship status with the Dept of Immigration. And I was able to acquire my certificate of citizenship only because of her aptitude. I would recommend her to anyone struggling to prove their legitimate status with the Department of Immigration.

I rarely write, but I felt I need to write a review. Because Attorney, Fleming goes far above and beyond. At the time I desperately needed an attorney, I contacted him and he reached out me prompt. He helped me through the hardest time in my life. With his expertise and deep knowledge of criminal justices system, he helped my criminal charge to be dismissed. I am so grateful to have found Thomas Fleming to represent me for my case. The transparency and follow ups Thomas has provided really help me be at ease to pretty much accept any outcome that my case was going to result in. I was charged with a DUI and it felt like my live has hit rock bottom. Also during these troubled times, my job security was also threatened. Thomas was able to help me through these times with his advice both spiritually and in real life scenarios. I had a very bad case in which I knew that any help would be very appreciated. After the long process of dealing with the courts, Thomas and his team was able to have my case be an acquittal of a DUI charge. During this time, I was able to keep my temporary license so I would be able to keep working during the Covid Pandemic. I did not have to file a SR-22 insurance, no IDD, no court fees, no community service, and the thing that relieved me the most was I didn't have any jail time. I do have to take a 3 month DUI class but the great thing is I don't have to worry about the pandemic because it is online. The acquittal of the DUI charge has been a new incident in the change I needed in my life. Generally, i don't ever write reviews but i want to express how grateful i am to have hired Thomas Fleming as my attorney. Good people sometimes make bad mistakes, and last year i made a very bad mistake, and got a DUI. I was very devastated and felt like the world was crashing around me. I was charged with domestic violence. I am very grateful to god that Thomas Fleming was the lawyer that took my case. The case was filed in court, but Thomas was able to get my case completely dismissed! Now he is sealing the case so that there not even a record of the arrest! There are so much things to say about what I lived the past few months while I was struggling with the uncertainty of what I was going to happen with my domestic violence case. But one thing is for sure it’s that I am very grateful to God that Thomas Fleming is the lawyer that took my case Thomas not only gave the security and confidence that everything was going to be ok all the time while the case was running its course, but he also helped me to regain my faith in God. If you’re going crazy looking at reviews online about lawyers, don’t look further bc you find the right attorney. To be honest, when I first found Thomas profile and the amazing reviews I thought that couldn’t be possible. However, trust me when I say, every single one of those reviews are true and actually goes beyond that. Throughout my life I’ve learnt that is worth to pay for quality (especially on a serious matters) and Thomas Fleming represents this and much more. I can't mention enough how thorough and assertive, Mr. Fleming was in helping resolve my case. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for Thomas and the services he has provided me. When my arrest occurred, I was in a place of fear, anger and anxiety. I had turned away from my faith and had been allowing worldly desires and aspirations to influence, guide and control me. It was by the grace of God that I found Thomas and was brought to seek out his guidance and services. After being arrested for a second DUI in three years and in a state of despair and frustration, I called Thomas to request his services. I was able to avoid both jail time and community service, as well as save hundreds of dollars in court fees. A miracle in itself! Also, I faced a year long hard license suspension as a result of the charge, yet Thomas was able to get my license retroactively suspended! Thus, I was able to keep my license from being suspended after the case was resolved. Miracles I would have never thought possible occured, in part because I trusted Thomas's experience, but also because I understood the outcome would be God’s will for me. At this point in my life my faith has never been stronger and had I not met Thomas, I question where I would be in my spiritual journey and in life. Throughout this entire process and these experiences, I felt confident and assured knowing I had Thomas in my corner. I would be cutting Thomas short to simply refer to him as an excellent lawyer.
