I highly recommend Stefanie if you have any Trust/will questions. We had a trust done by another lawyer before we met Stefanie. After that trust we were not sure what we should/would be doing on that trust because that lawyer didn’t explain to us well enough. When we showed our trust to Stefanie she explained and went beyond to inform us any issues. She gave professional advice so we could make our decision accordingly. Her monthly news letters and videos are very helpful for many people. Her going above and beyond serves is way worth the price she charges for. Recently I needed to have a few power of attorney papers for my mom. Stefanie didn’t hesitate to spend sometime to fill out those forms for me and advise me on what to do with them. This review is long overdue but I am so grateful to have worked with Stefanie. This started out as estate planning for my father’s assets as his health was declining in 2020. Everything came into fruition in 2021. She broke everything down for us and made everything simple. I honestly love how straight forward she is, it’s refreshing to receive when you’re creating a trust. My dad was very pleased with the work she put in and delivered. My father passed away early 2023, since his trust was established in 2021 a great burden was lifted off of my shoulders. I reviewed his trust plans and I re-hired her to help me distribute his trust between myself and my sibling. She also put me in contact with Iron Oak realty to start the process of buying out my sibling from our child hood home. She made everything so easy and kept me up to date on every form that needed to be signed or filed. Her communication is unmatched, she really is there every step of the way. I’m so thankful she made this process so easy and the property was able to be transferred to myself. I would recommend anyone looking into creating their trust to go with Stefanie. I recently had the pleasure of updating my Living Trust with Stefanie West. She is an extreme knowledgable, congenial, organized professional. Stefanie suggested several changes/additions to my prior trust. I appreciated her explaining why these changes would be a benefit though leaving the decision strictly up to me. Stephanie is an absolute Godsend! It can be extremely overwhelming when looking into doing a Living Will and Trust. Stephanie takes her time and walks you through the entire process with ease.
