Great attorney!

Our family started working with Stefanie 10+ years ago when she started up her practice. We started with my parents and added my family, my sisters family and my sister in laws family. Putting all of the information together was easy and maintaining/changing information as needed was easy and efficient. Both of my parents passed since we started with Stefanie and she was there with empathy and direction for us to make all the correct decisions needed. There is no possible way that we could of come through those very difficult times without her direction. Stefanie is ALWAYS available to help with a great attitude and solid recommendations.

Stefanie was recommended to us by a family friend. We have young children and we wanted to make sure all our ducks were in a row for our kids in case anything happened to us. This was our first time thinking about these things and to be honest, I felt trepidation thinking about potential futures and thinking about money - both scary things to talk about! I could not be more grateful that we found Stefanie. She is truly gifted. She is whip-smart and thorough, which made me feel absolutely confident in her work. Stefanie was terrific to work with for our estate planning. She was incredibly thorough and was very clear on how to navigate the process. We enjoyed working with her on a personal level as well; we laughed plenty! I highly recommend her services.

I saw several recommendations for Stefanie on a local mom's group. My husband and I needed to update our trusts that we had originally created in 2011, had updated in 2014, but hadn't touched since. We had another child after our 2014 update and I wanted to be sure that our second child was specifically included in the trust and our wishes spelled out clearly. Stefanie recommended a Restatement of Trust so that we weren't starting completely from scratch, and it allowed us to keep our existing trust name and not have to change all of our bank accounts or existing titling on our two properties. Stefanie made new recommendations for the how our assets would be distributed to our daughters and patiently explained why she was making those recommendations, and also that nothing was set in stone, that we could always update the trust again in the future. She was wonderful to work with, concise, personable, and reasonably priced. We are very happy with her work and our updated trusts!

Stefanie West has been so helpful in updating our family trust. One of the things that I really liked was that she really noticed the details. For example, she noticed a difference in two documents to do with the legal description of some business property and wanted to get that corrected prior to transferring our asset into our trust. It's obvious that she is very organized and we felt very comfortable working with her. At the end we left with a lovely organized binder as well as a digital copy of the updated trust along with instructions to call anytime and to give her name and number to our kids just in case. We have called a couple of times with questions and she is quick to get back to us with the answers we need. My parents, my brother and my sisters have also used Stefanie's services to get new trusts done. We all highly recommend Stefanie West for anything to do with trusts.
