In one of the worst episodes of my life, I faced a very serious second-time DUI charge with a high BAC which could easily have resulted in jail time, and to make matters worse, I had to face it from out-of-state as I live in a different state. What was required of me instead were all things that were good for me and which I would gladly do - not things that would tear me down and upend my life like jail time would have. I can't express my gratitude to God and to Mr. Fleming enough - but what I can do is pay it forward! I certainly will be spending the rest of my life happily doing that, and hopefully helping to bring peace and healing to others who are facing similar things.

First I would like to appreciate everything Thomas has done for me and my dui case. I honestly felt so scared after my accident especially because others were involved . My case was a very tough one due to my BAC and me hitting someone else. Luckily no one was severely injured. I’m very grateful to      Mr. Thomas Fleming for all his hard work, genuine support and guidance throughout my DUI process. Due to my momentarily lapse of judgement I drove home after having a drink and got arrested for DUI. Luckily I found Attorney Thomas M. Fleming. In the early morning of the last week in January 2023, my life took a dark turn when I found myself pulled over and detained for driving under the influence with a staggering .12 blood alcohol concentration (BAC). The day that followed my release was a whirlwind of confusion and fear, with no clear plan in sight to salvage my tarnished record, evade jail time, and cope with the looming fines. For the DMV case, we actually went to trial with DMV at a DMV hearing. Thomas hired an Forensic toxicologist expert to testify that the BAC must have been lower than the legal limit. With a BAC that high, the odds were against me. However, after the trial, the DMV hearing officer found me NOT guilty ! I received two miracles in a row. Thomas provided me with resources to help me get through such troubling times. Thomas WILL work hard, a lot of the work is done behind the scenes but no need to worry with the expertise & resources Thomas has, you can feel the weight off your shoulder already.
