I recently got two DUI cases in a row. Very bad. A friend of mine at work had celebrated a dismissal of her DUI case from a year previous (2020). So l asked her who her lawyer was and said it was Attorney Thomas Fleming, who won the dismissal because of an unlawful police action. I called Mr. Fleming and was fortunate that he accepted my cases. First and foremost Mr. Fleming supported in every way. Secondly, he represented me with extreme expertise. Because of my two cases, he immediately suggested l start getting alcohol treatment. I completed this in 3 months. Furthermore, he strongly recommended AA meetings, several per week if possible, w/ proof of attendance. This proved to be fortuitous advice, as the court later ordered me doing 2 AA meetings per week WITH PROOF of attendance. As my case went along, Mr. Fleming continued giving me strong advice, showing up in my stead in court, and constantly supporting my sobriety. Furthermore, he got the DMV to issue me a substitute drivers license (paper allowing me to drive while the court considered my case - my CDL had been taken, obviously, by the police). This was HUGE, as l was able to continue to work. After one year’s time, just a week or so before 365 days of the date of my offenses, Mr. Fleming appeared w/ me in court before the judge. Judgement day had arrived. (I hadn’t had to appear in court up to this time, AND in fact, had led pretty much my normal life, thanks to Mr. Fleming’s representation. Although, NOW l was sober, thank God.) Mr. Fleming negotiated intensively and passionately with the DA - l don’t know what was said, but it was very favorable for me. The judge and Mr. Fleming seemed to have a good rapport… the bottom line? No jail time or any volunteer work. Minimal court fees. No alcohol-blow-thing put in my car, l just have to attend a DUI class, which l will gladly do. And the DUI charge was dropped to a wet-reckless. Amazing. It’s basically a miracle, the outcome of my cases. One thing l would like to emphasize is this: Mr. Fleming recommended a number of things that turned out to be critical for my case and for his negotiation with the DA and court. Honestly, l feel as though l’ve been given a new lease on life and will be forever grateful to Mr. Fleming (AND my co-worker friend for her recommendation). I also feel strongly that due to his constant and fastidious efforts representing and fighting for me, I felt I could not relapse since I do not want to let down my family, the court and Mr. Fleming, who cared very much for me. I think Mr. Fleming is the best attorney that there is. He did an outstanding job as my attorney, and I would recommend him over anyone else. Thank you again for saving me, Mr. Fleming!

She helped up put together a very thorough application package, anticipated all the questions that could come up in our case and helped us prepare for them, and was very quick in responding our emails and returning our calls. I rarely write, but I felt I need to write a review. Because Attorney, Fleming goes far above and beyond. At the time I desperately needed an attorney, I contacted him and he reached out me prompt. He helped me through the hardest time in my life. With his expertise and deep knowledge of criminal justices system, he helped my criminal charge to be dismissed. Even more, he has never forgotten his compassion to his clients. If it was not Mr. Fleming, my situation would be ended totally different outcome. I am so grateful to have found Thomas Fleming to represent me for my case. The transparency and follow ups Thomas has provided really help me be at ease to pretty much accept any outcome that my case was going to result in. I was charged with a DUI and it felt like my live has hit rock bottom. Also during these troubled times, my job security was also threatened. Thomas was able to help me through these times with his advice both spiritually and in real life scenarios. I had a very bad case in which I knew that any help would be very appreciated. After the long process of dealing with the courts, Thomas and his team was able to have my case be an acquittal of a DUI charge. I do have to take a 3 month DUI class but the great thing is I don't have to worry about the pandemic because it is online. The acquittal of the DUI charge has been a new incident in the change I needed in my life. Thomas was able to help me find my way back spiritually and I can't take him enough for this as well as knowing I can also count on him as a friend and not just a lawyer/client relationship.

Generally, i don't ever write reviews but i want to express how grateful i am to have hired Thomas Fleming as my attorney. Good people sometimes make bad mistakes, and last year i made a very bad mistake, and got a DUI. I was very devastated and felt like the world was crashing around me. After i spoke with Thomas i felt hope. Thomas reassured me that everything was going to be okay, he truly cared. He helped me every step of the way in regards to my case most importantly he helped me spiritually. My life has changed for the better because of Mr. Fleming. The court wanted to severely punish me for the wrong that i did but with Thomas amazing law background and having God with me, i received a miracle. I was charged with domestic violence. I am very grateful to god that Thomas Fleming was the lawyer that took my case. The case was filed in court, but Thomas was able to get my case completely dismissed! Now he is sealing the case so that there not even a record of the arrest! There are so much things to say about what I lived the past few months while I was struggling with the uncertainty of what I was going to happen with my domestic violence case. But one thing is for sure it’s that I am very grateful to God that Thomas Fleming is the lawyer that took my case Thomas not only gave the security and confidence that everything was going to be ok all the time while the case was running its course, but he also helped me to regain my faith in God. Before him, I was lost in a darkness that ultimately made fall in me being charged with domestic violence. He was the light that helped me to get out of an abysm of darkness.

If you’re going crazy looking at reviews online about lawyers, don’t look further bc you find the right attorney. To be honest, when I first found Thomas profile and the amazing reviews I thought that couldn’t be possible. However, trust me when I say, every single one of those reviews are true and actually goes beyond that. Throughout my life I’ve learnt that is worth to pay for quality (especially on a serious matters) and Thomas Fleming represents this and much more. After the few months that my case took, now I feel comfortable saying that I consider him an excellent professional and a dear Friend who helped me legally and personally. I can't mention enough how thorough and assertive, Mr. Fleming was in helping resolve my case. He went far above and beyond all expectations and was able to reduce my charges significantly, from DUI to Wet and Reckless and even helped get an Acquittal on my other charge.
