When you're an injured employee, not only do you have to worry about the injury and getting better, returning to work but you're placed in a situation where you are up against big corporations and insurance companies questioning you every step of the way. But then there's Jordan - he worked with me to handle my workers compensation case after I was injured at work. On my first consultation, he proved to be very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and had this calm demeanor where nothing seemed to rattle him easily. I immediately knew I found the right person to represent me. He explained the whole process to me and kept me updated on every step - he was easy to get in contact with and was readily available to answer any of my questions. He fought hard for my rights and got me the best possible settlement. Going into this process, I thought it would take me quite some time as expected but Jordan knew exactly when to escalate matters and resolved this for me within a very reasonable time frame.
