The receptionist Elena is very rude and unprofessional. I called to make sure the attorney handles cases like mine and she was completely clueless. She said doesn’t schedule free consultations that people need to do that themselves. I called back as I wanted to clarify paperwork and she got an attitude; saying talk to the attorney. Not a positive experience at all and it was 2 calls. Definitely not worth trying.

I was in need of legal representation and attorney Zak was on my side. He practiced with trust, integrity and authenticity. Justice was served as my case was dismissed.

My experience with Zak was excellent. He helped me through the process, was easy to understand and available when I needed his assistance. I have no reservations about recommending him and if the need ever arises again would not hesitate to call him.

I am a tenant and had an issue with my landlord regarding pest infestation in the building I live in and needed some desperate legal advice with this matter. I was constantly harassed by the management and became anxious and angry at the same time. Like most of you, I never had the need for legal advice and can care less about it to be honest, that is until you need it. I discover that it is not only hard to find the help, but even harder to find the correct person to defend your rights (and I know lawyers). If you have issues with tenant and landlord matters, I extremely advice you to give Mr. Fisher a call and present your case. I did my diligent research and call more that 30 numbers, but it was through Smart Law (an agency that recommends specific Lawyers for your case) that I found Mr. Fisher. I got a number and left a message which was reply immediately by Mr. Fisher himself (impressive). I explain my case and whiting 20 minutes I felt relief since he took over the case by sending a letter to my landlord and redirected all e-mails on the matter to him (taking the burden/anxiety out of my head which gave me invaluable peace of mind). Within two weeks he collected all my information and resolved my case since he was able to talk to the other party and finalize everything. I will keep his number and recommend it to family and friends if I ever need legal assistance. I must say that he made a very uncomfortable situation a good thing, and more importantly he fought for me which is exactly what I need it. My best wishes to Mr. Zak Fisher for all the help I am very grateful for his support, and I would extremely recommend him to anyone that needs legal advice.

Zak is truly outstanding. My apartment struggles were so anxiety-inducing that it was affecting me in my place of work. The property management company was essentially bullying me until Zak came along. He has been so responsive, and explains things in a way that is easy to digest, especially for someone who knows little to nothing about my rights as a tenant. He let me know my options, how I can move forward, answered every question I had and really just has been a dream to work with. I hope that I don't run into anymore legal issues, but if I do, I'm coming straight back to the Law Office of Zak Fisher!
