Zak is an absolutely wonderful attorney, and so amazing to work with. He is affordable, and it seemed he almost always answered my emails instantly, and if not, then within the same day. Even when it was late at night.
Working with him brought a ton of anxiety off of my back and I honestly feel blessed to have found him to help me deal with possibly the most intimidating landlord.
Zak is not an attorney who will only give you time so he can add more billable hours. He is someone who cares, and really wants to help. Definitely consider using Zak as your attorney!!

I contacted Zak Fisher over a rent increase dispute with my landlord. It was resolved within a day with Zak’s help. Zak’s understanding of the law enabled him to send a message to my landlord that quickly convinced my landlord not to push this any further. And they agreed to keep my rent as requested. I was blown away by Zak’s comprehension of the laws and his ability to communicate so clearly, as well as his professionalism and super quick response. I’m so grateful I had him in my corner.
