I’m glad I called Ferrone and Ferrone to handle my workers comp case, Zack Tomlison and his team always go beyond everything to make sure all your questions get answered and help you through the entire process which can get very complicated when you can’t actually have any interaction with the insurance part. On that note I want to thank Kelly Cazares and Jen Gorbis as they both took their time to assist me with, questions and issues with payments, doctors and medications and were able to communicate with the insurance to find me a quick solution for my problems. Good with responding after I ask a question. The Only concern I’ve had so far with them is every time I go to see a doctor they have no records. I go to a QME Dr. on 1/25/28 I’m praying they have the records this time. No doctor will take anything from me. Said they can only take things from Worker’s Comp. or lawyers. I’ve already tried showing proof that I have carpal tunnel and degenerative disc disease but they won’t take anything for me.

I was incredibly impressed with Zak’s (Zachary Tomlinson) legal expertise within the workers compensation system and dedication to my case. Zak’s super duper legal expertise and awesome respectful communication skills were on full display during my deposition. Zak respectfully shut down opposing counsel and would not tolerate her pushy bullying questions and harsh comments directed at his client, Me. We even endured “the cat”. Opposing counsel had her cat on zoom camera walking about-stepping on the keyboard-LOL. Zak, Kelly and the entire team were extremely responsive to my concerns, clearly explained complex legal issues in a way I could understand, and I know much about workers compensation as well as the “carrier(s)”. Ferrone Law is great! Zak is amazing! He really fights for the underdog. Ive been a correctional officer for 19 years and a CCPOA REP and have given my all in my career.
