We are so happy we chose Kent Keating for our family legal needs. Kent was not only professional and knowledgeable but he was also compassionate, patient and incredibly accommodating to my elderly parents. He even worked through a difficult time constraint so that I could be there when papers were being signed. Kent thought through and took care of everything, even bringing a mobile notary with him so that we could get it all done in one sitting! Thank you, Kent! Dad wasn't too thrilled about having to call a lawyer but he really liked you and we will definitely use your services again!

The Law Offices of Michael C. Murphy surpassed every expectation I had when I engaged their services for my personal injury case. From the outset, their professionalism and dedication were evident, and it only continued to impress me as our case progressed.
Their approach was nothing short of outstanding. Every step of the process felt seamless; they navigated the legal complexities effortlessly, sparing me the stress and uncertainty that often accompanies such situations. What stood out the most was their responsiveness. At every turn, they were there, promptly addressing any concerns or queries I had, ensuring I was always in the loop. This level of attentiveness instilled a deep sense of trust and confidence in their ability to handle my case competently.
I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking a team that not only delivers results but also genuinely cares about their clients' well-being throughout the legal process.

No! Typical Lawyer. If your case isn't worth Billions Don't waste your Time calling these people. No Human Compassion and I'm on my way out of living in a Contaminated Biohazard due to Mold management failed to Address yrs back. I hired a Mold Co. CONTAMINATED with Aspergillus and Stachiboclis plus a few other molds. This Lawyer wouldn't even take the case for Elder Abuse. Since I'm 72 yrs young. Too much Must be Bidens Lawyer

I was involved in a restraining order case that was filed against me out of malice and revenge. Vernon Ellicott took my case, fought for me and we won. He is a highly skilled, professional, experienced attorney who knows what he’s doing. If you’re looking for an attorney that is a beast in court and hates to lose, Vernon Ellicott is your guy.

Vernon Ellicott, attorney for Respondent, was hired for a Paternity Case. Mr. Ellicott was informed and aware that his client was attending the court proceeding in person and still chose to attend the hearing via Court Connect (telephone) leaving his client vulnerable. Ellicott withheld paperwork filed by the Petitioner and Petitioner's counsel from his client as well as private agreements/arrangements made between Ellicott and Petitioner's counsel. Court transcripts validate such arrangements. Mr Ellicott: "Yeah. I have spoken with Ms. Schwartz about the supervisor. She proposes if the court is going to order supervised visitation then I don't object to the proposed monitor." Ellicott never mentioned monitored visitation, much less a proposed visitation monitor that was prearranged, to his client. Furthermore, Ellicott was hired on this specific paternity case, but admits via email that he did not file response to the petition and "wasn't hired for the paternity case". Mr. Ellicott instructed his uneducated/inexperienced client to request for more custody than she was seeking because "the court never grants requests in their entirety, so requesting for the most will likely get you the custody you're seeking." Respondent, without question, listened to her attorney's advice and signed a petition, drafted by Mr. Ellicott, requesting full custody. This action left the judge, Alison MacKenzie, very unsettled and aggravated. Lastly, Mr. Ellicott didn't inform his client of a court date that was on calendar request attorney cost and fees on his client’s case, instead he settled outside of court prior to the date set for his costs and fees to be paid by Petitioner and Petitioner's counsel without informing his client that such transaction had taken place. Respondent's counsel, Vernon Ellicott, received $10,000. No one appeared in court for the scheduled hearing. Respondent was never made aware that Mr. Ellicott received payment from opposing counsel and continued to received bills requesting additional payment after she had already hired new counsel. Respondent never received reimbursement for the initial retainer after Mr. Ellicott had so graciously received payment from opposing party.

VERNON L. ELLICOTT, I shall remember his name into eternity because today he defended me in a TRO hearing and I WON! I am a celebrity attorneys investigator. Since the summer of July 2019 I have been in the middle of two storms, pictured below. Amber hired me to look for dirt on Johnny, but I everybody I interviewed didn't have one thing bad to say about him. After Amber fired me in Sept 2019, I did stories favorable to Johnny with various documents and legal filings I uncovered about he and his family. The stories were a hit because the documents illuminated JoHnny Depp, way before he became an actor, in the historical context. Amber Heard fans hated it. So they came after me. One Amber fanatic bothered me so much, I couldn't contain myself Consequently he filed a TRO against me. Enter Mr. Ellicott to save the day. So the moral of this story is, if you ever find yourself in a situation that you can't get yourself out of, like between two storms, I recommend you call Vernon Ellicott.
