I hired Vernon Ellicott to represent me on a breach of Contract matter with a Music Copyright infringement element cause of action tied to it. Vernon worked above and beyond my expectations in his effort that resulted in me obtaining a settlement in pre trial prep mediation, in an amount that was north of six figures. In additional to being a consummate professional, I was very impressed with Vernon's command of the entire process, which was most impressively exhibited in mediation. His mediation brief was brilliant. His ability to command respect of both the mediator judge and opposition attorneys created a landscape that resulted in Vernon being the voice that all parties were listening too and respecting (including the judge). I highly recommend Vernon. High level integrity. A terrific guy. I can't say enough of how highly I think of Vernon Ellicott. He is an excellent attorney.

Kent assisted with a landlord/tenant matter and provided sound advice to us while not only negotiating fairly with the other party, but also bringing the proper level of firmness as needed. He stayed in contact with me throughout the matter, providing updates and presenting all possible options so I could make informed decisions, and he was very responsive to any and all questions I had. I am convinced my outcome would not have been as favorable without his assistance and highly recommend his services. Mr. Kent assisted me with a Mechanics Lien that was placed on my property. As soon as he contacted me, he contacted the construction and requested for the lien to be removed. Next day I received the release of lien. Will be using Kent in the future. Thank you Kent!

Joe was the best. From the moment I initially consulted him, he was understanding and was able to talk me through the entire process before I even committed to hiring him. Once we were under contract, I was able to get in touch with him easily through his online portal (awesome and easy way to keep track of all documents, meetings and hearings) and any phone calls I requested were generally returned within an hour or two. If I even need to consult in the future Mr. Rose will be my first choice. I contacted Murphy's Law in order to ask for assistance with a merchant dispute after months of back and forth with my bank. I initially assumed that this dispute would be solved via action through small claims. After a quick consult (1 hour or so) with Michael Murphy Jr. we formulated a plan and he drafted a demand letter. We had two or three revisions before a final draft was sent to the counter party. Within 1 week of the letter being sent, Michael Murphy Jr contacted me with the merchants response as well as provided guidance. Michael Murphy Jr was fantastic about negotiating and quickly moving towards resolution without the costly (time wise) involvement of the courts.
