Nicholas is a very straightforward, honest, can-do lawyer. He helped my family stay in our beloved home in Gilroy. Initially, we set a goal and a timeframe of winning our case and with his professionalism, experience and care, he did so remarkably. I am thankful for meeting and working with Nicholas and with his office staff.

My wife purchased a certified used vehicle that several months later was discovered to have been very much misrepresented. In an effort to resolve the issue I contacted the dealership and met with the general manager who advised me I should seek legal counsel. I took his advice. I did some research, read reviews and decided to go with the a local firm. Nicholas quickly assessed the situation, made contact with the dealership and from there let me tell you... We walked out with a new car, same model for a little less than the lemon. The sales associate is no longer with the company either.

I called Nick when we got a Notice of Default and he was very helpful in giving direction. We then went to see him and he spent over an hour with us, outlining our options of what to do next. He said to call him with any questions we had, whether we decided to use him or not, and I did email him with questions a few days later. He was again quite helpful. In the end, we were able to make up back payments and did not need his services (which he advised us to do if we had the funds, rather than go to court), but I would not hesitate to recommend him if you need a good and honest attorney.
