I hired this attorney a while back after being caught shoplifting. I was a little weary about spending so much on legal advice, but I was talked into it when I was told my charges were simple and they would be reduced, most likely even dismissed without going to trial. I was sure to mention that I could not go to trial because I couldn't afford it during my consultation and I was still assured of a positive outcome for my case. After hearing this I had no problem retaining this attorney, however he did not deliver. I understand that attorneys don't work miracles, but this attorney made my case seem like something simple and that retaining his office was the right choice. I ended up pleading no contest and accepting the charges, I was given a choice between a fine or a few days in jail. I took the jail time because I wasted all my money retaining an attorney who didn't do anything. I hope someone finds this review helpful and it stops them from retaining this law firm.

As I found out civil suits take a long time to settle but Nick made the whole process painless. He handled all correspondence with the insurance company and opposing legal team. The first couple of offers were low and Nick advised waiting for a better offer. When we recieved a fair offer Nick and I accepted the offer and closed the case. Glad he was in my corner.

These guys know what they are doing. I had previously retained 1 attorney before I was referred to this law firm. I simply could not beleive the diffrence. These guys are on it! I was charged with a felony and my record isnt the best, Mr. Van Parys and Mr. Hurwitz (an associate attorney) rocked my case and ended up getting me a defferred judgement. I get to be with my wife and kids again. I highly recomment them! They are def worth the investment, especially when my freedom was at stake.

They really put us at ease, and helped us to understand the situation we were facing, mostly me and my mom. We were really scared, and this helped a lot. He told us the options we had. There wasn't a hard push to get us to sign with them, but we did, SO HAPPY WE DID!!!! They had a payment plan, so that we could afford to hire them, this was a huge plus. Mr. Van Parys got me a great deal. If you are scared, unsure, and need GREAT representation, give them a call. He got my charges reduced, and I didn't have to do any jail time. Yes, I was guilty, but I'm a good guy, just screwed up on beer and drugs that night. He got me the 2nd chance I needed, and I have been sober since that time, and plan to stay that way. GIVE THEM A CALL!!!
