Got the job done quickly

Amazing job by Nathaniel and his team he was there every moment. Anything I need to know he would inform me right away. If there was any question I had he would do his best answer. He is was very friendly and I’m very happy he was the one to help through my 1st car accident. All I can say to is thank you

This law firm is trash. They have a lack of communication. Your legal assistant assigned to your case dodges all of your calls. Hell even the owner Benjamin Drake doesn't return your call. Jackie K told me leave a review and they will wire my money over for free the next day and wow 3 weeks later still haven't received the money. They don't really fight for you hell they just take whatever the insurance company is offering and then they recommend not going to court because it's no time limit on how long it can take. Updates are rare except for on the first day of the month and hell it's an automated message saying they are diligently working on your case when you and them both know that's a lie. If I had to recommend this company to anyone I would be reluctant to do so because you want someone that's going to fight for you and not just say okay to whatever. I'm being nice giving the company a one and that's only because they did probably get me more than I could have gotten myself. Before you make a decision do some research and read some reviews otherwise your disappointment will be because of you.

Their team has taken care of all my needs from day one! They’re always on top of everything, the process is slow and that can be frustrating but not because of their doing it’s all the red tape involved that delays everything. So always keep in mind that these cases came take a year or longer. I wouldn’t use anyone else
