You guys are not being helpful at all, nor communicating with us about our case. It's the beginning of June and we started our case in December for a car accident. The most information we've gotten is an automated text stating that you're working diligently without any updates or reassurance. We go a month without hearing anything to simply get that same message every month. If we can talk to a supervisor besides receiving a text, that'll be helpful. If you guys can't give us some type of ease, we'll switch over to another lawyer who will actually be persistent and update us with any information besides a repeated basic message from a computer. - Mario Ontiveros (Nathan's client)
