I am just so grateful for the consultation I received from David Payab. I have been charged exorbitant prices for paints, cleaning fees and other non-explained fees on my rent deposit and didn't know legally what was mine to due as I was facing this injustice. He took the time to explain to me why it was not legal in my case, and the process I had to take to file a small claim. He provided all the resources needed for that as well. So helpful. When I left the consultation I had more clarity and felt very confident about what to do.
