David Payab was great! He is very punctual and thorough. I am having problems with my landlord and he was very punctual in returning my message and setting up a phone consultation. He is highly knowledgable and very clear in his explanations. He was reassuring and very willing to help. I highly recommend him for legal matters.

David was friendly and really helpful when I came to him with problems I had with the leasing office and lease agreements. He went over every little details with me and provided me with several options I could choose from to approach to solve the problems.

David is able to capture a lot of information in a short time period and translate it logically back to the client and provide several options. He is very rational in his approach and will tell you truthfully what will be the outcomes. I am dealing with a SLUM landlord/property management situation where students just like to throw parties every weekend and break every rule in the lease agreement and they landlord totally ignores the situation. David explained the situation is tricky to navigate and bailing out of a lease early can lead to repercussions. It's up to yourself to be responsible for the decisions.He is a good counselor and I recommend students just visit for some advice and then discuss with friends and family about further actions. I hired Mr. David Payab regarding an employment matter where I was wrongfully terminated. Although, my former employer went out of business, Mr. Payab was able to hold the parent company liable for my damages. Mr. Payab was also able to overcome the fact that the employee whom harassed me was nowhere to be found and I had no witnesses to corroborate the facts of my case. Despite all the difficulties in my case, Mr. Payab was able to secure a very large settlement against the parent company. I am very happy with the results in my case.
