I saw David at USC for a consultation regarding a housing/lease issue my roommates and I were experiencing with our landlord. He was SO helpful and answered every single one of our questions(there were a lot) with very good advice on exactly what to do and how to proceed with our situation. He was very knowledgeable and told everything we needed to know regarding our rights and how we should proceed with our lease issue. I would recommend David to anyone that has questions about legal processes! I am definitely going back to David if I have any further questions about my case.

USC offers free legal counsel/services for students (Undergrad and Graduate). I needed some legal advice and Mr.David Payab was able to talk me through the steps and the course of action I can take with my concerns. He listened to all my problems and gave me great feedback. I definitely recommend him to anyone who may need legal services.

Met with him for consultation on a small claims case. He was very helpful, and showed me how I could maximize my gains. In my case, he showed me how I could sue my landlord for fraud to win a much larger payout than I anticipated.

David was VERY helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the subject of my situation and circumstances, explained in detail my possible positions and pros / cons of each. I really appreciated his honesty, as he was realistic about possible outcomes of each position. Will definitely contact David again if I need legal service!

It shows that they are open 24 Hours, I have been trying to call the whole week-end and no one answered! Bad customer service despite the good reviews below. If you are not able to maintain the opening hours, you should modify it on your page!

I consulted with David Payab because the University of Southern California provides free office hours with lawyers to help resolve issues students ay be having. David is very knowledagable and patient. He provides good feedback and is more than willing to help students find more resources in the areas of their need that he may not be legally allowed to consult. I would definitely use his services again, even if it is not through USC's open office hours.

I called David for advice for my daughter's legal case and specifically how to interact with the Occupational Therapy Board on her situation. Even though he did not have a particular expertise in legal matters with the Board, he was incredibly kind, considerate, and understanding of my situation and offered multiple avenues to aid in supporting my daughter's case. He highlighted that he has a daughter as well and can definitely sympathize with my situation. David was responsive, went beyond his area of discipline to help, and showed much compassion. I really liked his supportive style and calming influence and would recommend him to anyone with a legal situation that wants an attorney with these attributes. Thank you David.
