I cannot express my eternal gratitude to David. My roommate and I discovered him through the legal consultation services provided by the University of Southern California. We had a situation involving our leasing agreement and he immediately advised us on how to proceed further. A lot of it were things my roommate and I would have never thought were in our rights as tenants, especially given we are both new to the state of California. Attorney Payab was very patient and professional. I consulted a case related to my insurance with him and he well answered my question.
