Although, my former employer went out of business, Mr. Payab was able to hold the parent company liable for my damages. Mr. Payab was also able to overcome the fact that the employee whom harassed me was nowhere to be found and I had no witnesses to corroborate the facts of my case. Despite all the difficulties in my case, Mr. Payab was able to secure a very large settlement against the parent company. I am very happy with the results in my case.
