I saw David at USC for a consultation regarding a housing/lease issue my roommates and I were experiencing with our landlord. USC offers free legal counsel/services for students (Undergrad and Graduate). I needed some legal advice and Mr.David Payab was able to talk me through the steps and the course of action I can take with my concerns. He listened to all my problems and gave me great feedback.
