As a non-U.S. citizen, I recently formed a LLC Company in Delaware. Due to changes in the law, I needed to apply for an EIN (Federal Tax Identification number) so that I can fulfill certain reporting requirements. Because I’m not a U.S. citizen and I live abroad, I thought it to be a daunting task. In came Sam and his Team who turned it into an incredibly delightful experience. As a U.S. lawyer, Sam can act as a third party designee receiving your EIN on your behalf. The whole process: contacting Sam, getting an initial response, guidance through the whole process and eventually forwarding me the EIN issued by the IRS were quick and professional. I received my EIN within 10 days not having to worry about a thing. During the whole process I felt well taken care of and always knew what to expect.
