First time seeking contract lawyer, so take this review with grain of salt. Sam was very responsive, like within 5 mins responsive. Quick and to the point: he ask what I need and he provided 1 time fee for the service. The turn around time agree on was 7 days, which I thought was kind of ridiculous, but he got my contract ready in 3 days, so it's all good. Will I go back to him, yes. He's very pro.

Sam was really helpful to me on getting my EIN. I asked a bunch of questions and he kept answering them. He's the man for the job if your planning on forming EINs, LLCs and S-Corporations (the best way to protect yourself and save on taxes), drafting and reviewing contracts, registering trademarks, and offering business consultation
