The best law firm for any case you have, my life was in shambles until I connected with Farris Haddad/ his amazing team. From day one I was treated like family and not just a check book. I had a few cases going on 3 being criminal and 1 being an auto injury case, I shopped around for attorneys and when it came to the criminal matters (Super Drunk DUI, Loitering with intent, and operating vehicle with illegal equipment) after speaking to the attorneys I was sure that I would be going to jail for a minimum of 3-6months with a year or two probation and at the same time have my license revoked/suspended and ignation Interlock. I had a major brain injury last year and honestly was about to give up and felt like i lost the last bit of myself that is left, I couldn’t handle the answers I was getting from other attorneys I felt like my life was over and really didn’t want to continue with it. Luckily I have Farris and his team like I stated before they treated me like family from day one and assured me they would keep me out of jail, I felt like I was reborn after speaking to Farris almost all the stress I had vanished in an instance. Farris and his team set up a strategized game plan to knock the cases out in the most aggressive but economical way possible, Farris laid out a few routes we could could take and directly got to executing said plan. Literally an All-Star team they got me the best possible outcome, I couldn’t believe it 2 of the 3 cases were completely dismissed, and the Super drunk DUI (High BAC way over .17 around a .223 which is a felony dui entails 6 months of jail, 2 years probation, 6+ points on record, crazy high tickets and a license revocation for a minimum of a year after which a blow device would need to be installed if I wanted to drive in the future is what i was expecting), I basically dug myself into a crazy deep whole talking to the officer at the time but Farris did his magic and somehow got it dropped to a misdemeanor OWVI and would have had it totally dropped if it weren’t for my own mistake but he still managed to get it dropped as low as possible. No jail, no license revocation or suspension, I basically received a slap on the wrist thanks to Farris. I can’t begin to express my appreciation for Farris and his law firm, I’m so thankful they came into my life they made it a breeze for me so I could actually fully focus on healing from being injured in major accident. I was working with another attorney for the auto injury case if you can even call it working, he wasn’t getting much done literally did 5 hours of work in my case in 12 months, I was left to fend for myself and damn near lost everything in the process whilst my previous attorney wasn’t even answering my calls or emails. So I asked Farris if he and his law firm could take over and they agreed to take the case over and got straight to work. Like I said this is an All-Star team and Farris hooked me up with his best and in my opinion the best Injury attorney you could possibly ask for Attorney Michael Oblizajek, Mike got straight on the case and for the first time since my injury I felt like something was getting done. Previous attorney didn’t even try to push for any of the benefits I was entitled to. I was missing doctors appointments due to transportation and was forced to sleep in my car because I had no money for rent because the previous attorney pushed for nothing bit himself, I almost lost myself/my will to live, the previous attorney and the auto insurance caused me so much stress and anguish that I wanted to give up. Thank god I found Farris and his team once they got to it everything changed. I was set up with a case manager, transportation, wage loss benefits, back pay for prior transportation, prescription/insurance card all within a month something my previous lawyer couldn’t do in a year. If you want a Law firm that actually cares and will fight for you go with The Law Office of Farris F. Haddad & Associates. Mary is super personable, realistic, straightforward, and a fantastic person. One of the hardest working and committed persons that I have ever met. She has the unique ability to be such an easy going fun person. We also had the pleasure of working with Amy Ronayne Krause at C&N. Amy is so sweet and caring you might forget how amazing and qualified she is as a former prosecutor and judge. Amy is a wealth of knowledge and experience with the compassion like I have never seen before. I am so glad Amy joined the team and really helped Mary with out with our defense.
Another main player in helping our case was Kurt Krause. Kurt like Amy and Mary is a brilliant Attorney. We spent a lot of time with Kurt at many Pretrials, Motions, and a preliminary hearing. He excelled at all. Kurt was able to give us great life advice along with the best legal advice during the long wait that the criminal justice system . He managed to reduce the bond and work hard to make sure we were informed and up to speed with everything we needed to know.
I also need to say the rest of the staff we worked with are fantastic too. Chartier & Nyamfukudza, P.L.C. has my praise on all aspects of the Law from the beginning to most importantly The "NOT GUILTY" at trial. "Wild accusations, sloppy detective work, overworked understaffed DA office's "charge first-investigate later" approach got me arrested. My life turned upside down. Lost reputation, job, visa, savings, and property due to unsubstantiated allegations. Luckily, I hired Top rated attorney Riccardo earlier on after doing free initial consultation. He explained everything very clearly. He worked diligently with the detective to prevent charges from being filed; however, the prosecutor's office didn't consider the information Riccardo was giving them. They went ahead and charged me. Based on the facts of my case, Riccardo said I should not have been charged in the first place and will get the charges dismissed ASAP. He delivered on his promise. The case was dismissed well before the preliminary hearing stage. Riccardo and his partner are working on getting the records sealed/motion for factual innocence. I strongly recommend him, he can and will get the best outcome based on the facts of your case. This dude responded to all my queries via email in minutes even on long weekends. I am extremely pleased with his work.I will add an update about record sealing/Factual Innocence in the next few months. Never again will I hire this firm. My case was a few years ago but it was with this same firm and with Mr. Valencia himself. On the phone he mentioned good things like getting the best results for me possible and possibly getting the charges dropped. All good things you want to hear as a person searching for an attorney but that's not how it went. This guy showed up late to every single one of my court dates by half and or more. He pretty much just showed up to do what I was supposed to do, which is stand before the judge and respond to his requests. I have a prior criminal record so I wasn't expecting him to make magic but at least show up to my court date on time which he did not. All matters were called first who had attorneys but sure enough mine waited until he got there. I feel I would've gotten the same results without him for sure as he did very little communicating with the DA or anyone on the other side of the podium. To top it off on my last court date after not seeing him for over half an hour I called his firm and they informed me he was in redwood city helping someone else. Seriously not cool at all or professional. So they sent another attorney from his office but not until an hour and a half from when the court started. I'm not here to complain about my outcome from the court cause that was a separate issue but i am here to complain about the unprofessional relationship I had with Mr. Valencia and how I will never recommend or reach out to them again. So save your money or go elsewhere because I wasted $4000 for something I could've and should've done myself. Last but not least I think it's very unprofessional how in most of the reviews that are not favored to them they put the person on blast for the previous case they had with them. That's very rude, unprofessional and down right dirty. If they do not like the truth being put in the reviews then maybe they should not be practicing law and giving people false hope. So I won't be surprised if I see information about my case they handled on here based on the responses to reviews that aren't in their favor.

In November last year, based on online reviews, I started consulting with Riccardo. At the beginning, he was quite patient. I consulted several lawyers and eventually chose him based on online reviews and his claim during the consultation that there was a 99% chance of winning the case. I felt relieved to leave the case to him. However, after we paid him, he stopped communicating and never proactively kept in touch.
At first, I thought my case was not a big deal until I was charged and realized the seriousness of the situation. I spent money consulting another lawyer online, who advised me to write a character letter and resume before being charged, which could have helped. But Riccardo never asked me to do anything besides providing basic materials. He was also unwilling to communicate proactively, and I didn't dare to keep asking him questions. Whenever I had questions, they were relayed through his assistant.
Throughout this period, he didn't inform me of what he was doing, and I had no idea about his actions until my case became more severe. He didn't help me much during the whole process and even made excuses, saying the DA was too young to understand family difficulties, which made me feel he was very unprofessional. I had trusted him because he claimed to have 30 years of experience.
After my case resulted in a conviction, I didn't disrespect him until a week ago when I asked if he could attend court on that day. He agreed, and I was very grateful. But today, when I asked him, he angrily told me he was very busy. He could have refused me or informed me earlier. Instead, he made a lot of excuses.
I swear that this person is really unprofessional, and I even doubt if those positive reviews about him are real. I know that when someone makes a mistake and needs professional help, they might go online and look at reviews. If you don't want to waste your time and risk losing your case, you really need to be cautious and not rely solely on ratings. From my experience, sometimes they are not reliable. This is my personal experience working with this person, and I hope to share it with those who need help. I fully understand your feelings, but it's crucial to be careful when choosing a lawyer.

I submitted a request for a consult for a civil matter in early July 2024 and heard back from who I would assume is their front desk staff and/or paralegal that my info was sent on to the attorney. I never heard from the attorney. A month later I followed up by email as that had been the original method of communication asking when I should expect to hear back and never received a response. It's now mid-September 2024.

There was a time, I was a credit disaster, I knew absolutely nothing about how credit works. I’d pay bills late thinking paying late was better than not paying at all. I was charged with an HTV in Marshall County. Upon my HTV I had crimal charges a couple of months later, which was stressful in itself and embarrassing. I called Paul Stanko to resolve my case. I could have not been more lucky, and put into the best hands imaginable.
