I was involved in a really bad situation that would've cost me points on my license and a misdemeanor on my record. The court appointed me an Attorney who told me that the D.A. wasn't willing to negotiate and I should just accept having points on my license and a criminal offense on my record. I thought about it and told him " I'll think about it".. The next day I said a prayer and God told me " Get an Attorney, who isn't court appointed !!! ". I searched the internet and came across " The Law Office of Kenneth Mollins". After reading the awesome reviews , I gave them a call. I spoke with Tim and he assured me that he will keep fighting until I got the best deal available. He kept fighting for me until I walked away with an offer of no points on my license, a traffic ticket, and a reasonable amount of time to pay it. I highly recommend their Law Office because they are extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful, affordable and they patiently address any questions or concerns you may have as a client. They will always be my go to Law Firm.

David Schachter helped me thru my case against Amanda love.. he literally destroyed her, I’ve never met anyone so proud on what he does. The way he switches gears is incredible. He goes from being nice and friendly but once he steps into that court room he goes into attack mode during trial.. he is a surgeon in civil law, THE ART OF WAR! He keeps this book right next to you while seated in his office. While being counseled he goes straight to the point with you. I will always recommend David Schachter to any person looking for an attorney .. hands down best lawyer in Savannah or should I’ll say south east GA.

I’d like to give a special thank you to Karen Taylor over at Atlanta Personal Injury & Law. In my accident I was hit unexpectedly while stationary at a stop light, resulting in critical damage to my vehicle and long term damage to my physical health. I do not write reviews very often, however I feel this review is necessary and important for it may give anyone needing assistance from a family law firm some insight on Stern, Perkoski, and Mendez. I found myself in a high-conflicted situation in regards to my parenting time with my 10 year old daughter. I was in desperate need for counsel, and was worried about finding someone who made me feel like everything was going to be ok. I had someone recommend speaking to Attorney Shay Formanek. I was immediately surprised at how fast Shay returned my initial phone call and was blown away from her willingness to have a prolonged detailed consultation with me on the phone for free. She listened to me intently, asked all the proper questions so she was fully able to understand my concerns, my thoughts, expectations, and details of the entire situation, everything! Shay explained to me what her approach will be to resolve the situation for me, and was very transparent of all the details that anyone can possibly want to know. Upon retaining Attorney Shay Formanek, I quickly realized I found the best attorney possible. I have had several other attorneys prior being that I have been separated from my daughters mom for 8 years now. I have always felt like just another client with past attorneys, they always felt un personable, were very difficult to get ahold of, and more importantly I never felt like they cared or truly had my back. Shay immediately started working to resolve my case. Her communication is impeccable. If I reach out to Shay with a question or concern, it feels almost immediate at times with how fast she gets back to me, and it’s almost always on the phone, because she wants to discuss my concerns or questions in detail. Every single thing that is done on her end or that she receives regarding the case she immediately contacts me to discuss it and makes sure I understand what it means and where we are at in the case. I have had prior representation from several other family attorneys as I stated earlier, and this review does not do justice on how amazing my experience has been with Attorney Shay Formanek. Her knowledge as an attorney understanding family law is beyond impressive, and the way she speaks and handles herself in court is amazing. I don’t have that initial feeling of panic and dismay that I had prior to initially contacting Shay, that I know most people have while looking for counsel. She has my back and fights for me, and she’s made that very evident. I am so grateful for Shay and I know anyone else would be as well.

This man did absolutely nothing to help me. He ignored all of my calls. Made me beg for responses and belittled me for not understanding how court went. He did nothing to fight for my case and knew nothing about details until he let die process happen. I feel ripped of and taken advantage of. Stay away from this swindler

Not helpful at all to me regarding a simple case. I was under the impression that they handle civil cases. The Attorney didn't even bother to call and tell me directly that they could not take my case. I received a generic text message with a link that was not useful. That was my experience.

I can’t tell you how many lawyers I have contacted and how many consultations I paid. I went from big firms to lawyers here on Avvo with a lot of reviews, contacted some that were recommended. and in the end I landed on Kirstyn Palmisano.
Let me tell you, she was very responsive, attentive and answered all of my questions in such a caring and observant manner that I knew I wanted her and her team to represent me.
I have a high conflict divorce, but Kirstyn and her team walked me through all of the steps and helped me feel safe and taken care of. I feel very confident and reassured having Kirstyn and her team representing me, guiding me through the legal process and stayed focus on protecting the best interest for me and my child. I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Williams and her amazing team of women. I had a scary ex who had walked all over me in the state we lived before and my previous lawyers did not have my back and had written up horrible orders that gave my ex the ability to mess with my daughters life to try and hurt me. Ms. Williams nipped that right in the butt and got us new orders written up that protected me and my daughter. On top of that she was able to finally put him in his place and get us tie breaker. Something we have never been able to have in my daughter’s entire life. My previous lawyer I had to baby sit and I had to fight for my daughter in court while this lawyer stood by and watched my cry. my experience with Ms. Williams was the complete opposite. She had my back the entire time and I am eternally grateful and will contact her if we ever need her again.

Mrs. Brianne Van Apeldoorn and Misty Waldroup were my lawyer and paralegal. Right from the initial consultation Mrs. Vans Apledoorn explained exactly how she would recommend going about my case and executed it wonderfully when that time finally came. Misty was very quick with responses and continued to keep me up to date with everything and helped me understand what everything meant if needed.
During pre trial she explained things very well and went over everything to get a feel of how the court proceedings will go. She is very friendly and welcoming.
During trial she objected, questioned, and requested with reasoning things being dismissed before even having the chance to be heard. She was prepared for the long and treacherous day which turned into a shorter than expected day due to her attentiveness and organization. She was able to get our motion granted without needing my witnesses to testify.
