After a terrible experience with an attorney during my initial divorce a few years back, I needed to hire an attorney as my ex filed to amend the decree. The ex was looking for more child support as well as to implement other financial restrictions against me.
Needless to say, I was shocked to get served and knew I needed the best representation to protect myself. I was referred to Jane from someone very close to me and I am so thankful that I made the appointment.
From the start I felt comfortable and at ease as Jane examined the case brought against me. She listened intently while providing realistic and valuable feedback as to my legal rights as she explained the processes and next steps.
Throughout the case Jane demonstrated professionalism, communicated open and honestly, and fought for my rights as a father. I never once felt that she was not giving me and my case her best effort. Communication and follow-up/follow through were never an issue which I appreciate so much.
With the help of Jane we won the case by a landslide!!! Child support did not go up, it went down SIGNIFICANTLY!! I also received 50/50 custody of my kids!!! (had expanded standard).
I went into this scared, afraid, and anxious. Jane provided reassurance, guidance, and fought for me and my rights.
My case was unique in that I had a lot going for me, but without Jane's experience, toughness, and overall fighting spirit, the outcome may have been different.

As a business professional, I have required legal services for countless situations over my lifetime. Mostly for normal business dealings, though a few were more adversarial in nature. In either case, selecting the best attorney for the situation is obviously important. When our family was faced with a situation involving a family member being falsely accused, I found myself out of my element as family law was an area I had never needed to explore. I did know however, not having the best attorney in this particular case would mean a devastating outcome and a tarnished record that would haunt us for a very long time.
My vast and extensive research brought our family to Usow Law and thank goodness it did. Simply put, Jody Usow is an extraordinary attorney in every way. From the beginning, she was great at managing the expectations, the process and our family. Even though our emotions and frustrations would sometimes run wild due to the unjust accusations, Jody always managed to recenter us and focus on the law and her plan to succeed.
Jody's experience and overall strategy in dealing with the opposition was brilliant. I was very impressed with her proactive tactics that set the stage for a favorable outcome. Watching Jody in the courtroom was a sight to behold. Measured and mild-mannered up until the petitioner's testimony became clearly disingenuous, and the lion was unleashed. In this day and age when we have so little accountability, it was thrilling to watch a dishonest person eviscerated on the witness stand during cross-examination due to their lack of integrity and vengeful actions. Needless to say, Jody was so compelling in the courtroom that the case was dismissed without her client (our side) ever needing to testify. Jody brought this 4-month nightmare our family was living, to an end!

I initially hired Jody to assist with a temporary restraining order case I was facing where my child’s mother over exaggerated an argument and lied to police to get the TRO. Jody stepped in last minute literally the day before, heard my story, met me at court and represented me for the hearing. The TRO was granted but Jody being the realist she is, let me know going into the hearing that it would likely be granted and why. Even then I appreciated her honesty and willingness to represent me on such short notice. After the TRO hearing my child’s mother decided she did not want me to see him so I continued to work with Jody with the goal of getting 50/50 custody and placement. Jody has proven to be a beast in the court room at every hearing we’ve had. She is very professional, down to earth, respected by the court and she knows her stuff! Her assistant Nick is just as awesome! We all worked together to accomplish the end goal and they were both very professional, nonjudgmental, and willing to educate me every step of the way. Nick even took the time to call and find out officers were in office, and ride his bicycle to the district to serve them for a court hearing the next day because they had not been able to be reached or served. I enjoyed working with Jody and her staff especially with this all being new to me, she would always answer my very long emails or phone calls in a timely manner, she worked with my family members/friends who were helping me with testifying or confirming information, and she understood how important it was to me to be apart of my sons life and have him be apart of my family and his siblings lives. She took time to educate me on what was happening throughout the entire custody battle and was patient with me when I did not do my part in a timely manner. At the end of my case, I got everything I wanted 50/50 placement and custody, even with the mother having representation and even with the TRO in place- which was a blessing in disguise because Jody fought for the mother and I to have court ordered communication through Our Family wizard where everything is documented for lawyers or the court to be able to access with no way for parents to delete information. Jody has been a huge blessing to me and my family and was worth every penny! Even after my case closed she followed up, gave me great advice and encouraged me to reach out to her if needed. I highly highly recommend and she will be the first name I give to anyone going through any family court disputes.

Mr. John Albert is a very professional lawyer with a lot of experience in what he is doing (defense). He did really good job for my case in proving he really cares about his clients. In my case I faced the possibility of probation, community service and even jail time. However, in the end, it was only the payment of court costs. I highly recommend him as a lawyer to be used in the future he goes out of his way for you and will do his best to win your case. I hired Kenneth Kaplan to help with me with a very complicated divorce case. A number of attorneys preceded him and were unable to make any forward progress: in fact, a couple of them only served to make things worse. He reviewed over 1000 pages of case files and quickly had a thorough understanding of the issues. The case involved custody of a minor child and a number of financial matters. I found Mr. Kaplan to be a consummate professional who not only took pride in his work but also cared about the outcome of the proceedings. He was easy to get hold of and always returned my phone calls promptly. His advice and court action were always based in fact and tempered by financial practicalities. His advice created appropriate expectations and oftentimes served to dampen down my desire to move forward in a manner based more on my emotions than on my intellect. In the end, I avoided useless court time and unnecessary fees. The results he obtained for me on every level have been wonderful, a real blessing. I can recommend him without qualification to anyone who needs assistance with divorce. You will not find anyone better.

I had been contacting several lawyers about getting a divorce when I couldn't locate my spouse and they were tremendously expensive for this type of divorce. I contacted Mr. Marlowe about this and he was very reasonably priced so I hired him. His staff is the best and handled every detail swiftly andprofessionally. The communication was extraordinary an d they kept me advised at every step along the way. Finally the completed the process of trying to locate my ex with no luck and were able to get me a signed decree of divorce by the judge with no issues.
I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Russell Marlowe and his staff. You can place you issue in their hands and relax because if they tell you they can get it done they will.
I almost wish I had another issue to hire them for, they were that efficient and handled it all from start to finish.

I hired Mr. Marlowe for a somewhat complex interstate family law matter. My issues were heard in Pasco County and Mr. Marlowe secured a favorable decision for me.
Mr. Marlowe’s staff are courteous and professional and there seems to be good continuity in communication between him and his employees. I never felt apprehensive about reaching out to him or his staff because they’d kindly receive any messages or phone calls. If they were, unavailable or needed to look into something, they would return my calls extremely fast and would have an answer for me.
In the Court Room:
Russ spoke clearly, concisely and accurately. Our Judge had no questions for my side because of how Russ prepared my documents. He clearly defined the issue and gave expert legal foundation for the arguments he presented.
Mr Marlowe’s most outstanding quality to me is his responsiveness and attitude towards me. He never seemed bothered or hurried in conversation, allowed me to speak and listened to my concerns. His fees were all reasonable and he was gracious with his time.

Gabriela Asrow gave me my freedom.
My divorce and post divorce was extremely complicated to say the least.
Gabriela jumped in head first, knows the law and my allocation back and forth, and represented me with gusto and professionalism.
I was often shocked by the information she knew in an instance about my case in particular. Only because it seemed knowledge that I would have front of mind, and no one else should. Gabriela did.

My divorce was extremely contentious to say the least. Negotiations were extremely difficult. However, Ms. Gabriela Asrow never gave up. The mere fact the divorce was finalized in a little over a year is a testament to her hard work. I appreciated her vast knowledge of the law which was very helpful during this difficult process. Chris helped me with a long aggravating divorce which was made harder because of a some other family items outside of just my marriage. I initially spoke to Chris when a friend referred me to him for consultation regarding starting a divorce process. However, it was soon evident that I would need to hire a lawyer to help me navigate what was potentially going to be a messy and long divorce, mostly concerning money and our one child together. Was recommended to MGH by another heavy-hitting lawyer that retired. I asked for an aggressive men's rights lawyer, and that's what I got.
Melissa and her staff were very attentive and timely with everything. Email, phone, text, filing... all throughout my case, they were on top of it. Attorney Noll and her team represented me for both my custody agreement and subsequent child support filing. When I say her and her team are the absolute best, I mean it! I had partial custoday of my childern and she helped me get 50/50 custoday when my kids mother was being extremely difficult.
